Born in Wichita and raised in Derby, KS, Robert C. J. Graves started writing short stories at age seven and was a self-proclaimed serious poet by fifteen. Since, he has published a wide variety of works, including over fifty poems, numerous short stories, and dozens of articles ranging from political satire and sports journalism to peer-reviewed scholarship. Robert has a PhD in English from Bowling Green State University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Wichita State University, where he also earned his BA. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of English at Paine College in Augusta, GA.
